Josien joined PCF in 2007 formerly a marketing officer in the Press Office at BAA. She has a Degree in European Business Studies along with a genuine flair for languages being fluent in Dutch, French, Spanish and German. Josien is an invaluable member of the team responsible for digital marketing. Her hobbies include music, theatre and badminton.

Mark was one of the original founders of PCF in 2005 following on from a very successful career in Commercial Banking. He is now widely recognised as a highly  experienced and trusted business advisor with a passion for delivering outstanding service and results. He is married with 3 children based in Pinner and in his spare time, he enjoys golf, cycling, and rugby.

Les brings a wealth of experience to the business having served a career spanning 38 years with NatWest. He was formerly a Senior Business Development Manager specialising in arranging finance for SME & Property Clients. It is a testament to his integrity and ability that many of his former clients have followed him throughout his career. In his spare time Les is a regular supporter of Watford FC. Married with 2 children and currently based in Hertfordshire.

Mike has over 20 years experience as a lender, advisor and investor, specialising in fields such as commercial real estate. major infrastructure projects, renewable energy and hotel finance. Mike began his career as a graduate trainee at ABN Amro Bank in London and has subsequently worked with Nomura in Hong Kong and Babcock & Brown in London, Luxembourg and Vienna. Married and based in West London. In his spare time he enjoys football, swimming and skiing.
